Yes, the cost of medication is included in your monthly program fee. Your exact fees will be determined by the specific medication that’s prescribed for you. The program includes access to compounded GLP-1 medications (semaglutide or tirzepatide) as prescribed by your licensed medical provider. There are no hidden fees – everything you need for the program is included in your subscription. Please note, additional charges may apply for non-standard dosages or formulations. You will be asked to approve any non-standard charges before they are applied.

Yes, this program is eligible for payment using Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA). Be sure to check with your HSA/FSA provider to confirm that it meets their specific requirements.

Refund Requests:
Submit all cancellation, auto-payment pause, and refund requests via your account settings in the portal. You can cancel at any time.

Refunds and auto-payment pauses will not be granted for a program period if your request is submitted after the provider has reviewed your questionnaire.

Initial Month:
To be eligible for a refund in the first month, your request must be submitted before the provider reviews your intake questionnaire.

Ongoing Program:

Compounded medications are custom formulations prepared by licensed pharmacists to meet your specific patient needs as prescribed by licensed medical practitioners. The compounding process allows for personalized dosages, combinations, and forms, ensuring the most effective treatment tailored to your unique health profile.

Compounded medications are not FDA approved. However, compounded medications are specially mixed by licensed pharmacists to meet specific patient needs. This ensures you receive personalized treatment with high standards of safety and efficacy. While the FDA does not approve these compounded medications, they regulate them to ensure safety and quality.

Eligibility for GLP-1s is based on medical evaluation by a licensed medical provider after evaluating multiple health factors including your Body Mass Index (BMI), which is calculated based on your current height and weight. You will complete an eligibility questionnaire, and your licensed provider will determine whether GLP-1s are appropriate for you.

Research shows that patients on semaglutide can lose 10-15% of their body weight on average, and patients on tirzepatide can lose 15-20% of their body weight on average when combined with a reduced-calorie meal plan and increased physical activity.

There are two ways GLP-1 medications in this program are administered: orally and via injection.

• Oral medications are taken daily.
• Injectable medications are taken weekly. The injectable method is currently more common and is administered with a small insulin needle. You can inject this below the level of the skin in your abdomen, the outside of your thigh, or the outside of your upper arm.

As part of Simple Weight Plan™, you’ll have access to a dedicated care coach on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis. Your coach will develop a personal care plan designed to help you achieve your health goals through lifestyle changes and give expert guidance to help you stay on track and motivated. Simple Weight Plan care coaches are trained and registered certified medical assistants.

Weight loss can vary among individuals. Some notice weight loss right away, others can take one month or more. Consistency is important. The program provider will adjust your dose as needed to promote optimal weight loss tailored to your clinical needs. On average, 1-2 pounds per week (or 6-8 pounds per month) of weight loss is typically considered safe. That said, individual targets may vary and should be discussed with the program provider.
